Job Description:Nokia NMS 2000 Helpdesk Engineer
Length of Contract:1 year
Location:Malaysia
  • Technical Support (System Level Troubleshooting)
  • Network and telecom services master planning & consultation.
  • Consultation for a system level solutions and services.
  • If possible lower level competence of another NMS system, Network Elements, SMSC (System Understanding).
  • DCN Planning.
  • System analysis (PM, CM, FM).
  • Service specifications planning.
  • Customer specific tests planning.
  • Network Doctor usage/set-up.
  • Security issues.
  • Technical monitoring.
  • Support Account teams for Customer and Nokia junior staff.
  • Helpdesk service support to Nokia Engineers to solve customer problems.
  • Emergency Support Services (Call-out, call-up service).

 

Job Description:Installation Planner
Length of Contract:6 Months (extendable)
Location:Malaysia
  • BTS installation planning.
  • Multi vendor experience preferable.
  • Able to do site survey.
  • Able to do site design.
  • Knowledgeble on AutoCad 2000.
